Moving  Contract
MY NAME, referred to as CONTRACTOR, and YOUR NAME, referred to as CLIENT, agree:

 

CLIENT owns the ITEMS, of approximately, 
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ located at ___________________________.

 

CONTRACTOR acknowledges an adequate opportunity to examine the items at its present location and to prepare routes for the moving of the items.

 

CONTRACTOR shall move the items on PICK UP DATE, and the same shall be delivered on or before DELIVER DATE, time being of the essence. In the event of unsuitable weather, the deadline shall be extended by the number of days of unsuitable weather.

 

CLIENT shall have all items boxed and packed with suitable packing of their items before the CONTRACTOR arrives to load the items for the move.

 

CONTRACTOR shall not be responsible for Broken items due to poor packing due to the Client.

 

CONTRACTOR shall not be required to commence performance until such preparations are readied, and any dates specified herein shall be extended accordingly.

 

CONTRACTOR shall deliver the items for the client at the rate of speed of 70 mph due to the speed limits of each state they may enter.

 

CONTRACTOR shall use reasonable care to prevent damage to the items during the move.

 

CLIENT shall provide adequate lodgeing for the Contractor when it becomes to late in the evening to carry on to the destination desired.  ( NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE QUOTE )

 

CONTRACTOR shall provide the vechecles to transport The Clients Item's. If two vechecle's are needed Client agrees to pay the extra cost for a second Vehecle for the move.

 

CLIENT shall pay to CONTRACTOR the total contract price of $___________ ($000.00 Deposit day of contract signing & ______________ dollars) for the services to be rendered hereunder as follows:

 

When the truck is loaded and secured for the move Client shall pay $____________. Upon delivery Client shall pay the remaining balance of $____________.
